Yahoo’s answer to Google Print!Open Content Alliance

Yahoo!
joined forced with Adobe and launched the Open Content Alliance (OCA),
a global consortium focused on providing open access to content (print
books mainly). This is a similar service to Google Print, but what I
like is OCA first seeks permission from copyright holder for a work to
be available. Google, has been involved in lawsuit with several
thousand writers because the authors’ work was digitized onto the web
without permission.
